Shipping policy

✦ Shipping and processing is estimated to take 2-3 days, but usually fulfilled sooner. I am a 1-person team with occasional help from my partner and I process everything from home as soon as I'm physically able or at my next convenience!

✦ Shipping is free for every order $30 and up, this also accounts for orders shipping to Canada and Mexico!

✦ I currently ship to the US, Canada, and Mexico, with the shipping point being Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. Please understand that I do not pay import duties on international orders, but I do offer cheaper snail mail options for my international friends via e-mail inquiry if asked. I hope to add more international countries to this list soon!

✦ If you would like a different name listed on your package/any notes inside your order, please let me know via e-mail and attach your order number, or through your purchase directly!

✦ Pre-order items ship separately from in-stock items purchased together.

✦ Please wait at least 2 weeks from shipping date before getting in touch with me about lost/missing orders.
