FAQ

✦  Q: Why does shipping cost so much, sometimes more than a single sticker? Are you able to send it in an envelope?

  • The cost of shipping is more than just postage! This also includes tracking, insurance, and helps me cover the cost of high-quality protective packaging to make sure your stickers arrive without any damages. Sending out orders like this is the safest way to guarantee everything arrives without issue, even if it is just one sticker. I am a one-person small business, and currently cannot offer free shipping as of this time.
  • Trust me when I say I'm doing everything that I can to keep shipping costs low, and that I am not the one who dictates how much shipping costs are. Shipping costs are in the hands of the shipping provider (USPS/UPS/DHL/etc), and I know especially for my international friends that the price for shipping greatly outweighs the overall purchase almost 100% of the time. Please read my next bullet point for my possible solution to any shipping woes you may have! <:)
  • You can always e-mail me (junimoosh@gmail.com) to ask about lower-cost shipping options, such as mailing your stickers via snail mail in an envelope. The caveat to this is that I'd have to keep the weight of your overall purchase under 1-ounce for the cheapest shipping available, and that your envelope gets shipped to you without tracking capabilities. Usually the shipping times for snail mail are much longer than insured/tracked packages, so please keep this in mind if you want to go down the snail mail route!

✦  Q: My stickers arrived damaged/misprinted, can I get a replacement?

  • I apologize that this has happened!! As with human nature, sometimes I'll fail to see mistakes every once in awhile when grading my products, and accidents slip through the cracks. Please e-mail me at junimoosh@gmail.com and I'd be happy to send you a replacement as soon as I can.

✦  Q: What is the difference between an A grade and a B grade?

  • A grade products usually mean that they have little to no flaws and are in as perfect condition as they can be. B grades usually have minor defects. In the case of something like stickers, these range from anything to the laminate having small bubbles/wrinkles/tears, some type of misprint which can include my printer getting a small splotch of black ink in the print itself, or having cuts be misaligned. This is why my B grades usually shave off a good amount of the price compared to my A grades!

✦  Q: When do orders get fulfilled?

  • I work through orders in the chronological order in which they are placed online! I always prepare orders at my next possible convenience to stay on top of things as best as I can, and will always try and get orders out within 2-3 days from when they're placed.
  • However, influxes of orders, holidays, or other real life circumstances can affect processing times, so please keep this in mind.

✦  Q: How are your products made? Do you print with anyone? Do you work with any manufacturers and if so, who?

  • As of the shop's opening (2026 Mar), I am the sole creator of everything purchasable within my store. I print my stickers using OnlineLabels glossy sticker paper with my Epson ET-8550. Lamination varies, but for my basic laminate I use Oraguard 210 Glossy/Matte for a good handful of stickers. Any special holo laminate I buy from eBay, and the brand varies depending on availability. My cutting machine is a Silhouette Cameo 5.
  • Once the shop starts to grow, there may come a day where I might outsource my stickers, but at current capacity, I print/cut either to order or on days that business is slow!
  • My thank you cards are printed at a local print shop nearby. They're great. :D
